History
The roots of JUSTLAW can be traced to the 1920s, when the seeds of M/s Sundaraswamy, Ramdas & Anand Advocates (SRA), of which the founder was a former partner, were sown. Born in the vision of acclaimed lawyer S.D. Ganesha Rao and steered ably by his son and protégé S.G. Sundaraswamy into diverse areas including Company Law, Constitutional Law, Taxation Laws and Civil Laws, the practice evolved into one of the foremost law offices of Karnataka. Mr. Sundaraswamy was appointed the Advocate General for the State of Karnataka in 1971-72 and later designated as a Senior Advocate by the Karnataka High Court. With his sons joining the firm, it witnessed extensive diversification both in areas of law as well as legal services and entered the realms of Banking and Investment Laws, Infrastructure Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Insurance Laws and much more. The services grew to include advice, negotiations, commercial litigation and corporate transaction as well.
